• Variations in glass, metal, acrylic, leather, and other materials.

• Differences between digital design proofs and finished products.

Normal material variations are not considered manufacturing defects unless they cause the product to differ materially from its description or agreed specifications.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products and services, subject to any obligations associated with accepted orders.

3. Custom Orders and Personalization

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when placing custom orders.

This includes names, dates, spelling, artwork, logos, personalization instructions, and other requested details.

We encourage customers to carefully review all information before submitting an order.

When a design proof is provided, customers are responsible for reviewing and approving the following details:

• Spelling and grammar.

• Names, dates, and other personalized information.

• Design layout and placement.

• Artwork and graphic details.

• Requested sizes and specifications.

Once a design has been approved, production may begin.

Changes requested after approval may result in additional design fees, production charges, or delays.

Laser Focus Custom Engraving LLC is not responsible for errors contained in customer-approved proofs, except where the finished product differs from the approved design due to an error on our part.

Not every product requires a separate design proof. For products that do not require one, we rely on the personalization information submitted with the order.

4. Customer-Supplied Artwork and Intellectual Property

Customers may submit photographs, logos, graphics, text, and other artwork for engraving.

By submitting these materials, customers confirm that they own the necessary rights or have obtained permission to reproduce and use the submitted content.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their requested designs do not violate applicable copyright, trademark, privacy, or other intellectual property laws.

Customers retain ownership of their original artwork, subject to any third-party rights.

By submitting artwork, customers grant Laser Focus Custom Engraving LLC permission to use the materials as reasonably necessary to:

• Prepare and modify designs for production.

• Create and provide design proofs.

• Engrave or manufacture ordered products.

• Communicate regarding the order.

• Maintain appropriate business records and assist with future reorders.

This permission does not automatically authorize us to publish customer-submitted artwork for advertising or promotional purposes.

We reserve the right to refuse projects that we reasonably believe may violate intellectual property rights or applicable laws.

5. Design Services and Artwork Preparation

Some custom projects require additional design work, artwork conversion, or preparation before engraving.

Any applicable design fees will be communicated before the customer agrees to the additional work.

Digital proofs are intended to demonstrate the general appearance, layout, and placement of a design.

Actual engraving results may vary depending on material characteristics, engraving techniques, and product dimensions.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, purchasing a finished engraved product does not automatically include ownership or delivery of editable design files, production files, or other materials created by Laser Focus Custom Engraving LLC.

This does not affect the customer's ownership of original artwork they supplied.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.

Applicable sales taxes and shipping charges will be calculated or disclosed during checkout or included in a custom invoice.

Custom quotes are based on the information provided at the time of the estimate, including quantities, materials, design requirements, and production specifications.

Changes to an order may affect the final price.

Bulk discounts, promotional offers, and special pricing may be subject to specific terms and may not be combined unless expressly authorized.

Payment terms will be provided during checkout or on the applicable invoice.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders where pricing errors, payment issues, product unavailability, or other legitimate fulfillment concerns prevent us from completing the order. Any payments collected for canceled, unfulfilled items will be refunded as required by law.

Production times vary based on the complexity of the project, order quantity, material availability, and our current workload.

Any production timeline provided is an estimate unless a specific deadline has been expressly agreed upon in writing.

We make reasonable efforts to complete orders within the communicated timeframe and will notify customers when significant delays are anticipated.

8. Shipping and Delivery

We offer shipping options based on product type, destination, and available carriers.

Shipping charges and any applicable free-shipping promotions are disclosed during checkout or in the customer's quote or invoice.

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed upon.

Once an order has shipped, transit times may be affected by weather, carrier operations, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

Once production has begun on a custom order, cancellation may not be possible.

Approved cancellations may be subject to reasonable charges for design work performed, materials purchased, or production costs already incurred, as disclosed to the customer and permitted by law.
