1. Processing Times

  • Orders are processes from upstate New York and each item is custom-made. Please allow at least 5-7 business days for processing your order before it ships. This is the handling time prior to shipping (even for expedited shipping options).
  • Due to elevated order volume and increased demand, some orders may take additional processing time. Any styles or colors on backorder may require additional processing time. We’ll notify you of any expected delays.

2. Shipping Options and Costs

  • We offer several shipping options at checkout to best meet your needs.
  • Shipping costs are calculated based on item weight, dimensions, and your location. You can see the shipping charges before completing your purchase.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Please note:

Selecting a faster service such as 2 Day or 3 Day still requires the standard processing time, unless you have contacted us first and we inform you that your order can be processed for shipment earlier.

Transit delays due to weather, service interruptions, seasonal staff shortages, or any other reason may occur and are out of our control. We will not be responsible for this.

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days within the U.S.
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days within the U.S.
  • International Shipping: Please allow 7-15 business days, depending on location. Note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility.

4. Order Tracking

  • Please allow a minimum of 1 to 2 business days for tracking to update.
  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped, allowing you to monitor its journey to your doorstep.
  • Some orders with multiple items and brands are pulled and combined and may take additional time to ship.
  • On some orders and destinations, Ground service may reach faster than 2 or 3 day select (UPS, Fedex or Priority Mail), especially for shipments within the same state or region. We reserve the right to choose the service that will reach fastest by estimates provided by carriers.
  • Transit delays due to weather, service interruptions, seasonal staff shortages, or any other reason may occur and are out of our control. We will not be responsible for this.

5. Free Shipping

  • Free shipping applies only to the contiguous 48 states. Offer excluded for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, any islands/territories, and international countries. 

6. International Shipping

  • Where possible we offer a DDP (Delivery Duty Pre-Paid) service by DHL, which means we will pay the delivery duty on your behalf at the time of shipping rather than you paying it upon receipt to the local authorities or the carrier. Please contact us for this option prior to placing your order as we will have to manually create this order on your behalf or add the duties to your order prior to shipment.
  • Countries where DDP may be available: Australia, New Zealand, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Ireland, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, UK, Mexico, Canada. Some product exclusions will apply, and the recipient will pay local duty and customs costs. 
  • Most items shipped internationally are calculated by weight. Add all items to your cart using the ADD TO CART button on the product page. The total weight will be calculated accordingly.
  • For all services other than DDP and where exclusions to DDP apply, International local postal authorities, UPS / Fedex may charge brokerage and duty fees, which are beyond our control or knowledge. Please check import rules in your country prior to placing your order or contact us.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within the United States and select international locations. Contact us if you need information about international shipping options.
  • Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses at this time.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • We carefully package each order to ensure safe delivery. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
  • We are not responsible for lost packages after delivery confirmation. If the carrier scans delivery to the address on the order, and you do not receive it, we will assist in filing a claim and getting a GPS scan verification, however a delivery scan is proof of delivery.
